Pancha Maha Purusha Yogam

What is Pancha Maha Purusha Yogam?

Purusha means efforts.

The five planets other than Surya and Chandra gives a Maha Purusha Yogam to the native if they are posited in their own house or Moola Trigona House or Ucha House which is Kendra to the lagna. When they are seen in this condition in a  Rasi chart, they should not become  neecham in the Navamsa Chart. This is the condition to find out Pancha Maha Purusha Yogam.

In such cases these planets bless the native with a Yagam, named after them. This means the native is blessed by that planet.

Guru who signifies Aakash gives Hamsa Maha Yogam.

Saturn who signifies Vaayu gives Sasa Maha Yogam.

Mars who signifies Agni gives Kuchaka Maha Yogam.

Sukran who signifies Water gives Malavya Maha Yogam.

Budhan who signifies Earth gives Vajra Maha Yogam.

They bless the with a long life also. When one gets  Pancha  Maha Purusha Yogam in his chart he is considered as blessed by that Pancha Bootham.

In some natal charts there may be more Purusha Yogam than one. Even if there are more than one Yogam one only will work for the native. The one that is stronger will only work.

  2. I heard that Panch Mahapurush Yogas are very important yogas in Vedic astrology formed due to the placement of five planets in the Kundali. http://youtu.be/275IEYjHPiA
