Mandookam means Frog. This can live in both water and earth. This can jump from one to other. Using this principle the life of a native and its analysis has been explained.
The frog is born to a mother. Mother is the fourth bava (4th bava) where creation takes place. It is a watery sign for Kalapurusha horoscope being Katakam. From there the frog will jump to the second bava (2nd bava). The second bava is earth (Prithvi). So frog jumps from water to earth. Then from there it jumps back into water again, i.e., 8th bava. this is a watery sign. Again from this water it jumps to an earthy sign, i.e., 10th bava which is an earthy sign. then once again it jumps back to water i.e., 12 th bava, a watery sign. It is bored again and jumps back to earth i.e., 6th bava.
Now it can not jump back to earth and water, since there are no more earthy and watery sign left out. At the same time it has to continue its life's balance jumps. So it looks for a firy as well as airy signs.
So from 6th bava it jumps to 5th bava. Aahaa, it's so hot since it is a firy sign. It can not bear the temperature. So it jumps to an airy sign to get itself cooled. So from 5th it jumps to 11, a straight and long jump thinking that it is moving far away from fire to get itself cooled. But it is with high wind force. And also very chill. It needs some heat. Just looked at the nearby firy sign. Aaa, here it is and very nearby. It jumps to 1st bava thinking that it can get a warm atmosphere. But, no, it is not warm but hot like 5th. So it jumps again to a far off place - a straight jump to 7th bava which is again an airy sign. Here the wind is cool, and also chill but on a long stay it finds the airy location is boring making it lazy.
Because it becomes lazy, it makes a small jump looking for an alternate atmosphere and lands in the 9th bava which is nearby. Oh, it is also hot, It can not withstand the hot condition any more, enough is enough. It collects all the energy it has, and make a staright and long jump to the 3rd bava which is very pleasent airy sign, no chill ness, no wind force. Well it feels that from here it can only choose the heaven since that only can be better than this.
From this story of the frog what we learn?
We are all mandookam only.
So our first 1/3 portion of our life, if we call it as First Kaandam is almost in between water and earth.
Second Kaandam of our life is a mixture of water, earth, fire and air.
Third Kaandam is tossed between fire and air. At the end we merge with air.
Shall we say that our first 1/3 portion of our life is decided by 4th, 2nd, 8th and 10th Bavas?
The second 1/3 portion of our life is decided by 12th, 6th, 5th and 11th Bavas?
The third 1/3 portion of our life is decided by 1st, 7th, 9th and 3rd Bavas?
So if these bavas are good we experience good events during that portion of life and if they are bad we experience bad events during that portion of life.
Let us understand that if our Athmakaraka (AK) is in 1st or 7th or 9th or 3rd bavas in our Rasi Chart, there is a possibility of change in our logevity cycle according to Jaimini Maharishi. This means even if your life cycle gets completed according to your natal chart, this can be changed or shifted.
If your AK is Venus (Sukran) you are likely to die after your spouse.
If your AK is Sun (Suriya) your longevity is decided based on the longevity of your father.
Look at the bavas during the last cycle. It ends at 3rd bava. One of the karakas of 3rd bava is "news - communication". Once a person has died he becomes a news.
