It is planned to start a school of Astrology at Chennai. The new school of Astrology will be started from 12th February 2012. Having gained experience in teaching Astrology for almost seven years, we want to give more input to the aspiring students at an affordable cost. We want to add more value to the course content by adding the effects of Rasi Drishty, Argala, Reading Navamsa, Dasamsa, Sapthamsa, Dwadasamsa etc so that the prediction level is 100% accurate. Since these were not added in the syllabus of lessons in the previous school, we decided to start fresh. This will give a Vedic touch also to the lessons which is the main base of our country's ancient science - Astrology.

The venue is likely to be finalised in a couple of days. It will be either the Gujarathi School which is next to Tirupathy temple at Venkatnarayana Street in T Nagar or Karnataga Sanga School at Habibulla Road in T Nagar. The classes will be between 10 am and 1 pm, and will be conducted only on Sundays. The foundation class will be for six months and advanced class will be for six months. The inaguration will be on 12th of February between 0830 am and 0930 am.

The General Content:

Foundation: Basics of Astrology, Rasis in detail, Planets in detail, Stars in detail, Bhavas in detail, Pancha Angam, Panchagam, Muhurtham, How to find Lagna, Janma Nakshatram, Janma Rasi etc, How to generate Horoscope with Vakya Panchangam, with Driganitha Panchangam, Ephimeris etc, this includes rasi and navamsa Charts. This class will be conducted with a lot of details of fundamentals and a strong foundation will be created so that the student is able to understand all the naunces of prediction.

Advance: Some special lagnas, Arudha padhas and their uses, Argalam, Rasi Drishty etc, Prediction of Horoscopes for all the 12 bhavas, Ashtaga Vargam, Palmistry, Pancha Pakshi Sastram, Vaastu Saastram, Palmistry etc., Reading Navamsa, Dasamsa, Dwadamsa, Vimsamsa, Sapthamsa, Trimsamsa etc.,This class will be with a number of case studies and at the end the student will be able to read a chart and predict.
